The Job
- Develop and execute advanced technical SEO and search discovery strategies that respond to client needs and business objectives.
- Provide enterprise technical SEO expertise across crawlability, indexation, site architecture, hrefleang, migrations, structured data and other foundational elements
- Partner effectively with product, engineering and other related client teams to translate discoverability opportunities into actionable technical requirements. Strategically prioritising work to drive measurable results
- Conduct in-depth site audits and provide actionable insights to improve site health.
- Manage multiple projects, balancing priorities to ensure timely delivery.
- Proactively monitor site performance and recommend ongoing technical improvements.
- Advise on complex technical challenges, including site migrations, structured data implementation, and international SEO (including hreflang).
- Stay updated on industry trends and tools, sharing insights with clients and internal teams.
You
- Proven experience in technical SEO, including enterprise-level projects.
- Strong expertise in prioritising and resolving complex technical SEO challenges.
- Comprehensive understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Passion for the changing search landscape and AEO optimisaiton techniques
- Demonstrated success in managing and delivering technical SEO projects on time and to a high standard.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach.
