Financial Services Business Analyst An experienced Business Analyst is required to join a high-growth organisation delivering complex transformation and regulatory change programmes across financial services. The role will focus primarily on retail banking and provide exposure to strategically important projects involving business operations, technology, risk, compliance and customer-facing functions. Continued growth within the organisation offers strong opportunities to take on greater responsibility and progress into more senior roles. The Role You will translate business, operational and regulatory objectives into clear requirements and practical delivery plans. Projects may include regulatory change, customer remediation, operational improvement and wider business transformation. Key responsibilities will include: Leading requirements-gathering workshops and stakeholder interviews. Producing Business Requirements Documents, process maps and requirements traceability matrices. Translating requirements into delivery plans, work packages, milestones and dependencies. Conducting business impact assessments and identifying risks, controls and implementation considerations. Mapping and improving customer journeys, operational processes and controls. Supporting business readiness, operating model changes, training and transition planning. Coordinating stakeholders across business, technology, operations, risk and compliance. Supporting project governance, decision-making and delivery reporting. Experience Required Candidates should have: Approximately five to eight years Business Analysis experience. Financial services experience Experience delivering regulatory, customer remediation, operational or business change programmes. Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder management skills. Experience working across both business and technology teams. Familiarity with the FCA or CBI regulatory environment, including the Consumer Protection Code. A relevant Business Analysis qualification would be advantageous.
