Client Strategy & Solutions Associate - London (Hybrid)

We're partnered with a fast-growing InsurTech, backed by a major European space program, that builds software to help insurers and reinsurers model and manage risks from natural catastrophes such as floods, wildfires, and cyclones.

They're looking for a Client Strategy & Solutions Associate to strengthen relationships across the Lloyd's and global (re)insurance markets. This role blends client engagement, project delivery, and product insight - perfect for someone with insurance market experience who wants to step into a consultative, client-facing role in a high-growth tech environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Act as a trusted partner for key clients across the insurance market

  • Draft Statements of Work, proposals, and engagement plans

  • Coordinate with technical/product teams to ensure smooth project delivery

  • Capture client feedback and help shape longer-term strategies

What you'll need:

  • 2+ years' experience in Lloyd's/London Market, B2B insurance software, or customer success

  • Strong project management and client-facing skills

  • Proactive, hands-on mindset
