People & Culture Manager - ConstructionTech - £38,000-£45,000 - Hybrid (Birmingham & Manchester)
A rapidly growing technology-led company is seeking its first dedicated People & Culture Manager to champion inclusivity, wellbeing, and employee development.
This is a brilliant opportunity to shape culture from the ground up as the business expands and evolves.
You'll lead on:
- Building and implementing people engagement processes that support thriving teams
- Driving inclusive recruitment and supporting employee wellbeing
- Coaching individuals through conflict and organisational change
- Advocating company values and fostering a psychologically safe workplace
Ideal candidates will bring:
- Emotional intelligence and a people-first approach
- Proven experience in people strategy, coaching and conflict resolution
- Comfort hiring for people-focused/non-technical roles
- Experience in tech, engineering, or construction industries
This is a hybrid role with the expectation to travel to both of their Manchester and Birmingham offices. If your local office is Birmingham, the expectation would be to travel in once a week. with travel to their Manchester office being less frequent (roughly once a month) - and completely covered by the business.
