As the Events & Associations Manager Lead, you will take ownership of a global programme of conferences, exhibitions, sponsorships, customer events, webinars and industry memberships, ensuring every activity delivers measurable visibility, engagement and commercial value.

With teams located across Europe, North America and the Middle East, this remote-first organisation offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK or Europe while collaborating with an international team.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will work closely with Sales, Marketing and senior stakeholders to plan, deliver and measure event performance, maximise lead generation opportunities and strengthen relationships across key industry associations and professional networks.

This is a highly autonomous role offering significant ownership, international exposure and the opportunity to make a tangible impact within a growing global business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the company's programme of conferences, exhibitions, sponsorships, customer events and webinars.
  • Manage relationships with key industry associations, memberships and professional bodies.
  • Maximise the value and return on investment from events, sponsorships and membership activity.
  • Partner closely with Sales to support lead generation, networking opportunities and commercial objectives.
  • Monitor performance and provide insights and recommendations to enhance future activity.

About You

You will have experience managing events, exhibitions, conferences or sponsorship programmes within a commercial environment.
You'll bring:

  • Experience planning and delivering successful industry events.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Experience managing suppliers and external partners.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to measure performance and ROI.
  • Existing right to live and work within the UK or European Union.
