3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer

We are looking for a talented and experienced 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer to join a dynamic dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced support and resolution for escalated infrastructure-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high service availability.
• Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot Wintel environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Implement, configure, and manage virtualized environments using VMWare.
• Support and optimize email security and archiving solutions, particularly Mimecast.
• Administer and maintain Nutanix hyper-converged infrastructure platforms.
• Collaborate with 1st and 2nd line teams to ensure a smooth escalation process and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in infrastructure projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation and procedures.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve existing systems.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Wintel technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, etc.).
• Proven expertise in managing and troubleshooting VMWare environments.
• Strong familiarity with Mimecast for email security and archiving solutions.
• Good working knowledge of Nutanix hyper-converged infrastructure systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Flexibility to participate in out-of-hours support or on-call duties, when required.
