The Role
This isn’t an account management gig; it’s about the thrill of the hunt. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, pitching our comprehensive IT stack (from cloud migrations to cybersecurity), and turning cold leads into long-term partners.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Actively hunt for new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social selling.
- Consultative Selling: Understand a prospect's pain points and design IT solutions that actually solve their problems.
- Closing: Manage the full sales cycle from first touch to signed contract.
- Strategy: Work with the technical team to ensure our proposals are airtight and competitive.
What You Bring
- Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales (experience in IT services, SaaS, or Telecoms is a major plus).
- The "Grind": A self-starter attitude with the resilience to handle "no" on the way to a "yes."
- Communication: The ability to explain complex technical concepts in a way that makes sense to a CEO or CFO.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and a genuine interest in the evolving tech landscape.
