The Opportunity

Working closely with the property team, you'll identify opportunities to streamline legal processes, improve workflows and maximise the use of technology to deliver a better service for clients and colleagues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and improving commercial property processes and workflows.
  • Driving the implementation and adoption of legal technology and AI solutions.
  • Leading operational improvement projects from concept to delivery.
  • Supporting teams through change and embedding new ways of working.
  • Ensuring compliance while improving efficiency and consistency.

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in Commercial Property.
  • Strong understanding of commercial property transactions and legal processes.
  • A genuine interest in legal operations, innovation or legal technology.
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

This role would particularly suit someone who enjoys improving systems and processes and is looking to transition away from a traditional fee-earning career into a strategic operational position.
