Product Designer/UX - Healthtech

Product Designer (UX) – Healthtech app group (Hybrid, London) | Up to £70k +bonus

Our client is a fast growing, highly successful healthtech app group with millions of users worldwide. They are looking for an experienced Product Designer with strong UX ability to work across their mobile app portfolio, shaping intuitive and engaging journeys that genuinely improve users’ lives.

This role is focused on the delivery, monitoring and optimisation of user experience related features and processes, ensure quality across all user-facing features, manage in-app messaging and pop-ups, and collaborate closely with our design, product, development and data teams to deliver best-in-class user experiences that drive engagement, long-term retention and overall app satisfaction.

What do I need?

  • 5+ years in UX/UI, product experience or mobile app-focused roles.
  • Strong understanding of mobile UX best practices, usability principles & user-centred design.
  • Experience in consumer-facing or subscription-based mobile apps.
  • Experience owning UX processes and building scalable frameworks.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g. Firebase) and digital experiment methods.
  • Proficiency in Figma, pixel-perfect attention to detail and high standards for visual quality.
  • Proven experience working with designers and development teams.
  • Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable UX deliverables.
  • Experience with A/B testing tools and in-app messaging systems.
  • Demonstrated success using data and experimentation (A/B testing, funnel analysis, engagement metrics) to optimise UX and inform product decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present design decisions and research findings to team members and leadership.
