User Experience Manager
User Experience Manager – Mobile App Portfolio (Hybrid, London) | Up to £70k (plus Discretionary Bonus)
Our client is a fast-growing app led health and wellness business with millions of users worldwide. They are looking for an experienced User Experience Manager to lead UX across their mobile app portfolio, shaping intuitive, engaging journeys that genuinely improve users' lives. This is a senior role that blends strategy with hands on delivery in a highly collaborative product environment.
You will take ownership of the UX vision and standards across the apps, working closely with product, design, development, data and marketing teams. You will play a key role in driving engagement, retention and overall user satisfaction across the portfolio.
What do I need?
• Five plus years' experience in UX management or mobile app focused roles
• Strong knowledge of mobile UX best practice and user centred design
• Experience building UX processes and frameworks
• Confident using tools such as Figma, Firebase and A B testing
• Strong communication skills and experience working cross functionally
• Experience in consumer facing or subscription based apps is a bonus
