The Role:

- Generating New Business: Proactively identifying, pursuing, and securing new clients across the UK for 3PL, warehousing, general haulage, and freight forwarding solutions.
- Strategic Growth: Contributing to and executing sales strategies to expand market share and achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Team Building: Playing a pivotal role in the future recruitment and development of a sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Collaborative Selling: Working closely with an internal sales person to maximise lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Independent Operation: Managing your own pipeline, sales activities, and client relationships with a high degree of autonomy.
- Proven New Business Acumen: A demonstrable history of success in new business development within the logistics, 3PL, or supply chain industry.
