£32,000 basic + lucrative bonus
London (hybrid – 3 days per week in the office)
We’re partnering with a fast-scaling international events and media business at the forefront of the global tech and gaming ecosystem. They don’t just run events — they build communities, digital platforms and high-value media products that connect the biggest names in gaming, adtech and digital innovation.
As their portfolio grows, they’re expanding their commercial team to drive advertising, sponsorship and digital monetisation revenue across their international conferences and media channels.
This is a standout opportunity for someone in delegate or B2B sales who wants to move into ad monetisation and commercial partnerships, with real training, structure and career progression.
The Role
You’ll join as a Business Development Representative, working directly with an experienced Head of Partnerships known for developing high performers.
This is a structured pathway into ad monetisation and sponsorship sales. Initially, you’ll focus on creating commercial opportunities, sourcing qualified leads and supporting partnership deals across events and digital products. As you build confidence and market knowledge, you’ll step into owning accounts and closing revenue yourself. This is a long-term growth role into a full Partnerships or Sponsorship Manager position.
What you’ll be doing
• Driving advertising and sponsorship opportunities across global tech and gaming events
• Supporting monetisation of digital assets, media placements and branded content
• Generating high-quality commercial meetings with brands, platforms and tech vendors
• Learning how to build multi-channel partnership deals across events and media
• Working on cross-platform ad and sponsorship packages
• Building relationships with senior decision-makers in gaming, adtech and digital sectors
• Managing pipeline and CRM with a commercial mindset
• Attending international events across Europe, Asia and the US
• Representing the brand at industry-leading conferences and networking events
