Job Title: Gen-AI Technical Lead
Location: Manchester - 2-3 Days on site per week
Salary/Rate up to: £364 Per Day (Inside IR35)
Start Date: 15/09/2025
Job Type: Contract (until 31/12/2025)

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Gen-AI Technical Lead to join a dynamic team on contract until the end of the year, delivering cutting-edge AI solutions with visibility across global initiatives.

• Delivering end-to-end Gen-AI workflows (RAG, prompt engineering, open-source LLMs, LangChain, etc.) with hands-on technical expertise.
• Leading AI projects across EMEA, with a focus on operational areas and the ability to localise impact while scaling globally.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and product, while navigating enterprise AI stack constraints.
• Engaging senior stakeholders, translating complex AI concepts into business-focused outcomes, and representing AI initiatives confidently in high-level discussions.
• Acting as deputy lead for Gen-AI initiatives, mentoring analysts, driving adoption, and contributing to the broader AI4OPS strategy.

• Hands-on experience in data science or engineering.
• Proven track record in delivering Gen-AI projects across varied workflows and frameworks.
• Strong leadership skills with experience driving AI initiatives in an international or EMEA context.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and manage senior stakeholders.
