Job Title: IOS Developer (SwiftUI)
Location: London, UK (Hybrid)
Day Rate: £250 - £300 Inside IR35
Start Date: Immediately
Job Type: 6 Month Contract

We are seeking an experienced iOS Developer to join a high-performing technology team based in London. The successful candidate will have strong expertise in SwiftUI and native iOS development, with experience building scalable, high-quality mobile applications in agile environments.

SwiftUI experience is essential for this role.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

• Design, develop, and maintain native iOS applications
• Build clean, scalable, and maintainable code using Swift and SwiftUI
• Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs and Back End services
• Optimise application performance, responsiveness, and memory usage
• Conduct unit testing and UI testing to ensure application quality
• Support accessibility standards and best practices across applications
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and Engineering
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions and decision-making

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Strong experience with Xcode
• Excellent knowledge of:
• Swift
• SwiftUI (mandatory)
• Objective-C
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs into iOS applications
• Strong understanding of performance and memory optimisation using tools such as Instruments
• Experience with threading and performance tuning
• Experience with Unit Testing and UI Testing
• Knowledge of accessibility support and best practices within iOS applications
