Company Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading rail clients! They are currently looking for a skilled IT PMO Support Analyst to join their team for a contract until end of August.
Job Responsibilities/Objectives
- Provide end to end PMO support across IT adoption, integration and TSA exit activities
- Coordinate programme governance forums including Steering Committees and Programme Boards
- Support readiness assessments, dependencies and go/no go decision gates
- Produce polished and highly professional, executive ready slide packs, reports and briefing materials
- Translate complex programme data into concise, insight driven narratives
- Maintain dashboards, KPIs, RAID logs and decision registers
- Track milestones, deliverables and dependencies
- Maintain auditable programme documentation and SharePoint repositories
- Ensure consistent application of PMO standards and methodologies
- Engage effectively with senior stakeholders and partners
Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- PMO and programme governance experience
- Creation of slide packs and reports for senior audiences
- Exceptional PowerPoint, and written comms
