About the Role
We are partnering with a leading telecommunications company seeking an experienced Lead Pega Decisioning Architect to drive the design and delivery of advanced, data-driven customer engagement solutions. This is a high-impact role where you will shape next-best-action strategies and elevate personalized marketing across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Architecture: Design and implement end-to-end Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) solutions, including Next-Best-Action (NBA) strategies, propositions, treatments, and engagement policies.
  • Strategy Implementation: Configure Real Time decisioning, adaptive models, arbitration, and segmentation to optimize customer engagement and maximize ROI.
  • Leadership & Mentoring: Lead, guide, and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to Pega best practices and conducting technical reviews of designs and code.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, and cross-functional teams to translate marketing strategies into scalable technical solutions.
  • Platform Governance: Oversee platform performance, including monitoring, tuning, and data ingestion processes to ensure reliability and scalability.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Certification: Certified Pega Lead Decisioning Architect (CLDA) preferred; CPDC required.
  • Pega Expertise: hands-on experience with Pega CDH and decisioning strategies.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Pega rule management, SQL, REST/SOAP services, and Kafka.
  • Domain Knowledge: Experience within telecommunications, with a solid understanding of marketing technologies and machine learning concepts.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and communicate complex technical solutions effectively.
