Overview
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics Configuration & Reporting Specialist to join our Financial Services client. This role will focus on configuring, supporting, and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics systems, alongside delivering high-quality reporting solutions.
You will play a key role in providing L2 and L3 support, ensuring system stability, performance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Microsoft Dynamics (D365) applications to meet business requirements
- Provide L2 and L3 support, troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues
- Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards (e.g., Power BI, SSRS)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into system solutions
- Support system upgrades, releases, and change management processes
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify improvements
- Document configurations, processes, and support procedures
- Work closely with IT, data, and business teams across the organisation
Key Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience working with Microsoft Dynamics (D365 preferred)
- Strong experience in system configuration and customisation
- Proven experience providing L2/L3 application support
- Hands-on experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, SSRS, or similar
- Good understanding of data structures, data flows, and integrations
- Experience within Financial Services (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Dynamics CRM / CE / Finance & Operations
- Knowledge of SQL, Azure, or Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Familiarity with ITIL processes
- Experience working in regulated environments
Working Arrangement
- Remote-first role within the UK
- Occasional travel to London office (as required)
