Overview

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics Configuration & Reporting Specialist to join our Financial Services client. This role will focus on configuring, supporting, and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics systems, alongside delivering high-quality reporting solutions.

You will play a key role in providing L2 and L3 support, ensuring system stability, performance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Microsoft Dynamics (D365) applications to meet business requirements
  • Provide L2 and L3 support, troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues
  • Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards (e.g., Power BI, SSRS)
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into system solutions
  • Support system upgrades, releases, and change management processes
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify improvements
  • Document configurations, processes, and support procedures
  • Work closely with IT, data, and business teams across the organisation

Key Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience working with Microsoft Dynamics (D365 preferred)
  • Strong experience in system configuration and customisation
  • Proven experience providing L2/L3 application support
  • Hands-on experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, SSRS, or similar
  • Good understanding of data structures, data flows, and integrations
  • Experience within Financial Services (preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with Dynamics CRM / CE / Finance & Operations
  • Knowledge of SQL, Azure, or Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes
  • Experience working in regulated environments

Working Arrangement

  • Remote-first role within the UK
  • Occasional travel to London office (as required)
