Company Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients! They are currently looking for a skilled Monte Carlo Implementation SME / Consultant to join their global asset manager client on a hybrid basis.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives
The organisation is currently implementing Monte Carlo as part of a wider Aladdin / Snowflake build and is looking to bring in an experienced resource to support the configuration, setup and implementation of the platform.

This is a hands-on implementation and SME role rather than a traditional Business Analyst or engineering position. The successful candidate will have practical experience working with Monte Carlo and be comfortable advising teams on configuration, implementation and best practice.

• Support the configuration, setup and implementation of Monte Carlo.
• Provide hands-on SME expertise throughout the Monte Carlo implementation.
• Advise delivery teams and stakeholders on appropriate configuration and implementation approaches.
• Work closely with data and technology teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective Monte Carlo solutions.
• Support the implementation of data observability, monitoring and data quality capabilities.
• Review existing configuration and implementation approaches and recommend improvements.
• Troubleshoot issues relating to Monte Carlo configuration and implementation.
• Support the integration of Monte Carlo within the wider Aladdin / Snowflake data environment.
• Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
• Act as a key subject matter expert for Monte Carlo across the programme.

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Hands-on experience with Monte Carlo Data, ideally within an enterprise implementation.
• Proven experience in Monte Carlo configuration, setup and implementation.
• Strong understanding of data observability, data quality and data monitoring.
• Experience with Snowflake and modern cloud data platforms.
• Experience with Aladdin.
• Experience providing SME or consulting expertise within complex data programmes.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, data pipelines and data quality processes.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in enterprise-scale data or technology transformation programmes.
• Financial services / asset management experience is highly desirable.
