Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager – iManage Implementation

Location: London, UK

Salary: Up to £100k FTC

Length: Six months

We are currently partnering with a leading law firm who are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a key iManage implementation project.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established legal organisation undergoing a significant technology and document management transformation programme. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving delivery, stakeholder engagement, and successful adoption across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the iManage implementation project across the firm
  • Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
  • Work closely with legal, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and implementation partners
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and communication across all levels of the business
  • Ensure project governance, reporting, and documentation are maintained throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support change management and user adoption initiatives
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and project steering committees
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
  • Ensure solutions align with business requirements and regulatory/compliance standards within the legal sector
  • Oversee testing, migration, and go-live activities
  • Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders
  • Manage cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones on time and within budget
  • Support continuous improvement and optimisation of document management processes

Qualifications

  • Proven experience delivering iManage implementation projects
  • Strong Project Management experience within complex environments
  • Previous experience working within a law firm or legal sector environment is essential
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities effectively
  • Experience working with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies
