Job Title: Technology Security Architect

We are seeking a hands-on Technology Security Architect to support a key transition programme, helping to shape and deliver a robust security workstream for long-term sustainability. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working at both a practical and strategic level—getting into the detail while contributing to the bigger picture.
The Role
You will play a critical role in defining, developing, and implementing security policies, procedures, and best practices during a transition phase. This is not a purely strategic position—we are looking for a “doer” who can actively engage with the detail, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure security requirements are clearly defined and delivered.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and recommend security policies, standards, and procedures
- Shape security requirements and contribute to the delivery roadmap
- Work closely with stakeholders and partners to ensure alignment with outsourcing requirements
- Support the security workstream through a critical transition phase
- Ensure long-term sustainability of security practices and controls
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in a hands-on Security Architect role
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks, policies, and governance
- Experience working in environments involving outsourcing or third-party partners
- Technical expertise with Splunk and CrowdStrike (essential)
- Ability to balance detail-oriented delivery with broader architectural thinking
- Experience within the legal sector (essential)
