A leading consulting firm is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Transformation Consultant to join their dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to work on transformative projects with clients, guiding them through the deployment of cutting-edge technology and process automation in their Finance departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client workshops to facilitate decision-making and the design of finance service models post-technology implementation.
• Develop compelling cases for change, identify process improvement opportunities, and translate them into strategic roadmaps and action plans.
• Provide expertise in deploying finance technology solutions, focusing on both functional and organisational alignment.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure technology solutions meet business requirements and are implemented smoothly.
• Support clients in adopting new technologies, ensuring seamless integration and driving organisational change within the Finance function.
• Contribute to internal process improvements and knowledge sharing within the firm's Finance Transformation community.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

• Significant experience in advising clients on finance service design and operational models driven by technology and automation.
• Previous experience implementing Oracle, Workday or SAP Finance solutions.
• Proven ability to develop transformation roadmaps and oversee their execution.
• Expertise in designing and deploying finance technology solutions with a focus on achieving business outcomes.
• Experience in process mapping, documentation, and optimisation within Finance teams.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on managing risks and resolving issues throughout the implementation process.
• Proficiency in change management and guiding organisations through complex transformations.
