Senior Full Stack Engineer – AI Helpdesk Platform
We are hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help build an enterprise-grade AI helpdesk platform focused on workflow automation, intelligent support experiences, and AI-powered employee assistance.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop user-facing applications for employees, support agents, and administrators.
- Build frontend, backend, and API layers for chat interfaces, ticket submission, status tracking, and escalation workflows.
- Develop AI/LLM-driven workflows to automate repetitive IT support tasks such as password resets, account unlocks, software access requests, and troubleshooting.
- Integrate with enterprise ticketing, identity management, collaboration, and ITSM systems.
- Implement prompt workflows, guardrails, fallback handling, and human escalation processes.
- Own features end-to-end from architecture and development through deployment and optimization.
Required Skills
- Strong full-stack engineering experience with modern frontend and backend frameworks.
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Java.
- Experience building REST APIs, workflow services, and production-grade web applications.
- Working knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and AI agent/tool-calling patterns.
- Familiarity with authentication, RBAC, logging, and secure development practices.
Preferred Experience
- Experience integrating with platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, Microsoft Teams, Slack, or similar enterprise tools.
- Experience building internal enterprise support or automation tools.
