We're supporting a confidential client delivering a major infrastructure transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Platform Engineer to join a high-performing engineering team.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in building a modern internal hosting platform using Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes, helping to deliver a strategic platform that will underpin future infrastructure services.
What you'll be doing
- Support the build and deployment of a new enterprise hosting platform.
- Work alongside architects, engineers and delivery teams to accelerate platform delivery.
- Contribute hands-on engineering expertise within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Help modernise infrastructure through platform engineering best practices.
- Deliver high-quality solutions with minimal ramp-up time.
Essential Skills
- Strong commercial experience with Red Hat OpenShift.
- Excellent Kubernetes expertise.
- Proven platform engineering or infrastructure engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying enterprise platforms.
- Ability to work independently within complex technical environments.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Ansible.
- Networking fundamentals.
- Experience delivering infrastructure transformation or platform modernisation programmes.
- Experience working within large-scale enterprise environments.
