Job Responsibilities/Objectives
We are looking for an experienced project manager to join our Nuremberg and Jena team and take ownership of FTTH (fiber-to-the-home) projects across Germany. You will manage projects end-to-end, working closely with network operators, public clients, subcontractors, and local authorities to ensure smooth and timely fiber optic expansion.

• End-to-end management of FTTH projects, including planning, execution, and delivery
• Active project controlling: budgets, costs, schedules, and milestones
• PMO lead for process compliance and reporting
• Prepare results reports, forecasts, and action plans
• Monitor performance, escalate issues, and manage logistics and materials
• Serve as main interface with clients? project management teams
• Ensure audit-proof project documentation
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve end-to-end project processes

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Knowledge of subsidised broadband expansion, project controlling, contract and claim management
• Strong communication, assertiveness, and leadership skills with strong business German
• Structured, analytical, independent working style
• Willingness to travel extensively (approx. 70% on-site / 30% remote)
