Workday HCM & Data Migration Lead needed for the migration from Legacy systems into Workday HCM ensuring accurate, timely and secure transfer of financial data. supporting the broader technology and business transformation agenda. You will manage the workstreams or components of the migration, collaborating with both functional and technical stakeholders to uphold the governance and integrity of data through the project

Job Responsibilities:

• Define data migration scope, objectives and success criteria.
• Lead a small team/workstream and support junior team members.
• Oversee data cleansing, standardisation and enrichment to meet Workday requirements.
• Manage stakeholders across project management, functional, technical and business teams.
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements and resolve data challenges.
• Support data governance and maintain migration documentation, mappings and validation results.

Required Skills:

• Workday HCM data migration experience.
• Experience of end-to-end Workday implementations.
• ERP, EPM and cloud computing experience.
• Ability to plan and deliver team scope and deliverables.
• Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
• Clear understanding of risk within ERP delivery projects.
• HCM or equivalent certification preferred.

Desirables:

• Finance/HCM background.
• Strong technical and business communication skills.
• Experience working across cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.
• Effective project management, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership and self-direction.
• Consulting, professional services or equivalent experience.
