Our client is seeking a Workday Payroll Lead Consultant to drive solution design, delivery, and stakeholder engagement for complex Workday Payroll implementations. The role requires deep functional expertise, leadership experience, and a strong understanding of UK payroll compliance and change management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect Workday Payroll solutions and end-to-end payroll processes.
• Act as the Workday Payroll subject matter expert, ensuring best practice design and configuration.
• Lead and deliver Workday Payroll implementations (minimum of three end-to-end).
• Manage change management activities including training, stakeholder communications, and organisational readiness.
• Oversee adherence to UK legal and compliance standards.
• Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships, influencing across multiple levels.
• Manage small to medium project teams, providing direction and mentorship.

Experience & Skills

• Workday UK Payroll Certified (essential).
• Minimum of 3 full-cycle Workday Payroll implementations.
• Strong experience in solution design, delivery, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
