Workstream Lead

Salary: £45,081 - £50,705 per annum, salary commensurate with experience

Hours: Full time - Fixed Term until 2027, potential to be extended

We're now seeking a fixed term based Workstream Lead to support the successful rollout of the Trust's new care systems. The Role

As Workstream Lead, you will coordinate and deliver all training, communications and rollout activities that support colleagues in adopting new digital systems and ways of working. You'll ensure our teams feel supported, prepared and confident, helping embed sustainable, user-centred change across the Trust.

You will:

Training & Capability Building

· Develop role-specific and service-specific training pathways that ensure colleagues receive the right level of support.

· Coordinate and deliver effective training sessions that build internal capability.

· Evaluate training impact and user competence, identifying areas requiring further support or refresher activity.

Communications & Engagement

· Create targeted communication plans tailored to different audience groups.

· Produce user-friendly guidance, FAQs, quick reference guides and other adoption materials.

· Facilitate engagement sessions, demos and roadshows to support understanding and readiness across services.

Rollout & Service Readiness

· Work with the Senior Project Manager to plan and maintain detailed rollout schedules.

· Support operational leaders in preparing for transition, including cutover activities and post-go-live support.

Change Adoption & Support

· Collaborate with operational champions and superusers to embed new behaviours and ensure sustainable system usage.

· Provide hands-on support during go-live periods, escalating issues and coordinating resolution activity.

· Capture user feedback and feed insights into continuous improvement cycles.

About You

You'll bring a blend of communication expertise, training delivery experience and a people-centred approach to change. You understand how to engage colleagues through clear messaging, well-designed training and strong onsite support.

Essential Skills:

· Experience delivering training, communications or system rollout activity

· Internal communications experience, including crafting targeted, high-quality comms

· Ability to measure the effectiveness of training and communications

· Experience working with digital systems or care systems

· Strong planning and coordination skills

· Experience supporting sub-project or workstream-level activities

· Ability to deliver user-centred change and drive adoption

· Effective stakeholder engagement skills

Desirable Skills

· Experience in care, health or digital transformation environments

· Knowledge of project delivery methodologies

· Experience with Nourish or Camascope systems
