Are you passionate about digital transformation in healthcare? St Nicholas Hospice Care is seeking a proactive and knowledgeable SystmOne Leadworking 22.5 hours per week to drive the development, optimisation, and training of our clinical systems.
Main duties of the job
In this pivotal role, youll be the go-to expert for SystmOne, supporting clinical teams with system enhancements, data reporting, and digital workflows. Youll lead on system upgrades, user training, and data quality initiatives, ensuring our services remain efficient, compliant, and patient-focused.

Job description
Job responsibilities
- Act as the SNHC central point and subject matter expert for SystmOne
- Ensure that SystmOne enables accurate data reporting to enable data driven decision-making
- Lead on all SystmOne development, working closely with end users
- Provide SystmOne users with training and education to fulfil their roles
- Develop networks to represent SNHC in regional and national SystmOne forums
- Actively support and model the SNHC Values: Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Equity.
Person Specification
Qualifications
- - Strong understanding of clinical workflows and digital health tools.
- - Knowledge of data governance, IG, and digital standards.
Skills & Abilities
- - Ability to train and support users with varying levels of digital literacy.
- - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- - Familiarity with SNOMED CT, clinical coding, and reporting tools.
Experience
- - Sound experience administering SystmOne or similar clinical systems.
- - Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
- - Project management or change management experience
