Birmingham | 8:30am – 5:30pm (4pm finish on Fridays) | Hybrid | £26,100 - £35,000
We're recruiting for a relationship-driven 360 Tech Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centric environment. If you enjoy owning the full recruitment cycle, building long-lasting partnerships, and driving new business with genuine curiosity and commercial awareness, this could be your perfect next step.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process across the tech sector
- Growing your own client base through proactive business development
- Building strong, trusted relationships with both clients and candidates
- Advising stakeholders with insight and confidence
- Staying ahead of tech market trends to deliver real value
- Collaborating closely with your team to hit shared goals
What we're looking for:
- Experience in technology recruitment, or a similar technical/ specialist market
- Strong business development skills and a natural ability to win and grow accounts
- A genuine relationship builder who enjoys understanding people and businesses
- Someone adaptable, proactive, and motivated by success

This is a full-time, office-based role in Birmingham (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm).
