Key Skills / Knowledge Expertise in Workforce Management (WFM) platforms, specifically Legion and Kronos Strong understanding of WFM lifecycle: pre-scheduling, scheduling, timekeeping, budgeting & forecasting Hands-on experience with Kronos WFC / WFM configuration and deployment Proficiency in integrating WFM platforms with payroll, budgeting, and forecasting systems Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and WFM architecture best practices Familiarity with Legion platform features: templates, compliance policies, labor rule engines Experience in API-based integrations with HR, payroll, POS, and Kronos Strong architectural design skills for high-scale, multi-tenant WFM systems Understanding xkybehq of AI-driven scheduling and demand forecasting concepts Ability to manage global deployments and coordinate cross-functional teams Knowledge of labor compliance standards and enterprise workforce policies Person Specification Negotiating, client-facing, communication, assertive, team leading / team member skills, supportive.
