As part of our continued expansion, we are launching our Project Management Talent Initiative and are seeking motivated individuals to join our Project Management Internship Program.
This program is designed to provide hands-on exposure to real-world project environments while working under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Role Overview
As a Project Management Intern at Staffline Solutions, you will support project managers and cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, monitoring, and documentation of live business and technology projects. This role is ideal for individuals who are aspiring project managers and are looking to build a strong foundation in project management practices.
No prior professional experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Support daily project coordination, task tracking, and follow-ups
- Prepare project documentation, meeting minutes, and progress reports
- Work with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Microsoft Project
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure project objectives are met
- Support stakeholder communication and coordination
- Assist in identifying project risks, issues, and maintaining issue logs
- Participate in team meetings, sprint reviews, and project status discussions
Eligibility & Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of project management concepts (preferred but not mandatory)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Willingness to learn project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum frameworks
- Exposure to tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Notion, or Asana
- CAPM, Scrum Foundation, or similar certification (optional)
- Experience managing academic, volunteer, or personal projects

Compensation

- £18 per hour, with potential performance-based increments
