Product Manager
Staffscanner is a healthcare staffing platform built for the care sector. We help care providers connect with trusted, fully vetted nurses and carers, giving both sides the visibility, flexibility, and support they need to deliver better outcomes.
We’re looking for a Product Manager to help us build better products for customers, candidates, and internal teams.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys solving real problems, improving complex workflows, and working closely with others to turn ideas into practical product improvements.
What you’ll do
- Turn user and business needs into clear product plans
- Improve journeys across recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and workforce operations
- Prioritise what to build based on impact and business value
- Work closely with engineering and design to deliver product improvements
- Use data, feedback, and operational insight to guide decisions
- Use AI tools to quickly prototype ideas and explore solutions
We’re looking for someone who
- Has around 3–5 years’ experience in a product role
- Is confident working through ambiguity and complexity
- Can communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Is organised, practical, and outcome-focused
- Is comfortable using AI tools for prototyping and product thinking

- B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or workflow-heavy products
- Recruitment, HR tech, health tech, or compliance-led environments
