EUC and AV Engineer- Quantitative Hedge Fund

I am partnered with a leading technology driven, quantitative hedge fund who are seeking an EUC and AV Specialist.

You will join the Windows Engineering Team, delivering and supporting workplace technology globally.

Responsibilities Include:

  • AV & Meeting Room Tech Set up, configure, and support video conferencing equipment (Cisco, Logitech, Crestron, Shure) and meeting room systems across multiple locations.
  • Microsoft 365 & Device Management - Manage company laptops and devices using Microsoft tools (Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID) - i.e. setup, security, and the full device lifecycle.
  • Troubleshooting & Support - Act as the escalation point for complex issues with AV kit, Windows endpoints, Teams, and authentication problems.
  • Automation & Improvement Write scripts to automate repetitive tasks.

  • Cisco collaboration devices & AV hardware (Shure, Crestron, Logitech)
  • Microsoft Teams Rooms & Surface Hub
  • Windows 10/11 endpoint engineering
  • Microsoft Intune, Entra ID & Autopilot
  • Microsoft 365 & Teams administration
  • PowerShell & Microsoft Graph API
  • Troubleshooting across endpoints, auth & networking
  • Device monitoring & health reporting
