Lead Java Engineer - Investment Banking ( Vice President )

I am partnered with a leading Investment Bank are are performing extremely well with huge sponsorship from the business to build out their technology group.

Their rates and credit team are seeing extremely strong returns and as a result have capacity to build out their engineering team to accommodate the growth at which they are experiencing.

As part of a multi-year platform modernization project, you will be responsible for building a suite of new, real-time, high-performance applications supporting various trading workflows and the transformation of their Dealer-To-Client platform.

Requirements:

• 8+ Years of Java development
• Asynchronous Programming, Concurrent Programming
• Real Time Data Streaming - Messaging - Kafka, NATs, Flink
• Latency Sensitive Java Development (preferable) - Aeron, LMAX Disruptor etc.
• Projects with a performance optimization focus
• Knowledge of Rates and Credit products / trade lifecycle / trading workflows - beneficial
