Low Latency Java Developer - AVP

Join a leading Fixed Income Trading team at an Investment bank to help redesign, rebuild and modernize their core rates trading platform.

This area of the business are performing extremely well, seeing very strong returns. They are looking to grow and increase 5x the flow of what their current system is taking currently. You will be responsible for building a suite of new, real-time, high-performance applications supporting various trading workflows.

This project has multiple years of innovation and strategic development to be done. This is all done in low latency java, with latency at around 10 milliseconds.

Requirements:

4+ years experience in Java Development
Core Java, async programming, multi-threading
Strong System Architecture Fundamentals
Financial Services Experience - preferably within trading environment
