Our client works with a wide range of businesses including blue chip, global property firms and investors, helping them to navigate challenges within the real estate landscape. The client offers a variety of consultancy services include restructuring, new systems implementation, market research, financing and much more.

The Head of Technology will play a crucial part in both client work and business development within this role.

About the Role:

What youll do:

Client Engagement:

• The Head of Technology will define and promote the technology services offering, crafting marketing strategies that resonate with potential clients.
• Oversee the sales process, from taking client briefs to leading proposal presentations and follow-ups.
• Bring your expertise to the table during client projects, ensuring quality and providing valuable insights.
• Manage resources effectively to keep projects profitable.
• Build strong client relationships while mentoring and supporting your project team.
• Provide Quality Assurance and Subject Matter Expertise during client engagements.

Business Development

• Develop and manage your service, collaborating with the Partners on service offerings and marketing plans.
• The Head of Technology will be required to attend industry events and conferences, sharing your insights through articles and publications.
• Network to build and foster new relationships within the industry.

Ideal Candidate:

• The Head of Technology will be an experienced manager with a background in real estate/property and skilled in engaging with clients.
• A dynamic and driven leader, you will demonstrate a real desire to impact the sector and an understanding of the unique challenges facing clients in the industry.
• Ideally you have a background in Management Consulting or experienced in managing significant changes within property teams.
• Solid industry networker and familiar with key organisations like IPF, BIFM, BPF, and SPR.
• RICS qualified is a bonus, but also not a dealbreaker - we value your experience and perspective.
