The Job:

The Workday Architect will play a pivotal role in designing and governing the technical architecture of our Workday platform. As the Workday Architect, you will deliver scalable, secure, and innovative Workday solutions that support business objectives and adhere to best practice process enablement and system design principles. The Workday Architect will collaborate closely with HR, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure the Workday ecosystem remains robust, compliant, and future-ready.

This role will have a particular focus on compensation, leading the design, configuration, and maintenance of core and advanced compensation modules, ensuring alignment with global business objectives and compliance standards. You will own end-to-end compensation-related system configuration such as compensation plans, including merit, bonus, and stock plans, whilst serving as the subject matter expert for compensation architecture, advising senior leadership on complex compensation matters, market benchmarking, and salary structure design.

  • Demonstrable Workday experience, including architectural or solution design
  • Experience working with compensation modules and configuration
  • Deep functional and technical knowledge of multiple Workday modules, especially Core HCM and Compensation
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and secure Workday solutions.
  • Experience in a multi-national organization with complex HR requirements.
