Head of IT

Our client is one of the UK’s best loved and internationally renowned heritage attractions. They have a multi-faceted venue that appeals to a diverse range of customers, offering a great day out for everyone.

We are partnering with their COO on the pivotal appointment of a Head of IT to lead their digital transformation and ensure the technology infrastructure delivers

Exceptional visitor experiences, operational efficiency and commercial impact.

Key priorities include;

• Implement a forward-thinking IT strategy aligned with Longleat’s goals.
• Management of IT operations, budgets and supplier relationships across a multi-site, complex environment.
• Oversee service delivery for internal teams and guest facing platforms.
• Ensure robust cyber security, data governance and disaster recovery planning.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in digital systems and user experience.
• Lead and develop the IT team, fostering a high performance culture.

This role requires strong technical knowledge across infrastructure, cloud, applications and digital platforms, alongside an expertise in cyber security, compliance frameworks and IT governance. Proven IT leadership skills and the ability to inspire and develop the team.
