Integration Specialist

We’re supporting a private equity-backed technology group at the start of an ambitious buy and build journey.

The business is acquiring small, founder-led companies (10–30 people, c.£5m revenue) and needs a hands-on Integration Manager to help bring these businesses onto a common platform.

This is not a corporate integration role. It is about operating in messy, low-maturity environments and turning them into something structured and scalable.

What you’ll do

  • Lead integration of newly acquired businesses onto core systems including Sage Intacct
  • Work directly with founders and MDs to understand how their businesses operate
  • Turn fragmented processes and data into clear reporting and structured workflows
  • Support migration from tools like Xero and spreadsheets into scalable platforms
  • Coordinate third-party partners and drive delivery at pace
  • Help build a repeatable integration approach across multiple acquisitions

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in integration, transformation or systems implementation
  • Strong background in SME or founder-led environments
  • Comfortable working with imperfect data and undefined processes
  • Hands-on and delivery-focused, able to get stuck in and make things happen
  • Experience with finance systems, ERP and reporting environments

Nice to have

  • Buy and build or multi-acquisition experience
  • Exposure to Sage Intacct, Xero or similar
  • Understanding of data integration and APIs

Why this role

  • High impact role in a fast-growing PE-backed platform
  • Real ownership from day one
  • Opportunity to shape how integration is delivered as the business scales

If you’re someone who enjoys bringing order to chaos and thrives in fast-moving environments, this is a great opportunity to make a tangible impact.
