  • Ensure integrity of core SaaS metrics (including ARR, churn, deferred revenue) and alignment with financial reporting
  • Establish robust cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and treasury oversight
  • Act as the group’s technical accounting authority across revenue recognition, leases, and business combinations
  • Maintain audit readiness and oversee external audit processes, ensuring clean and timely outcomes
  • Design and embed a strong internal controls framework aligned to SOX-equivalent standards
  • Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing international finance team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement
  • Support the build-out of shared services / centre of excellence models where appropriate
  • Partner closely with transformation leadership to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new finance systems and processes
  • Provide operational readiness and ownership as new systems and processes go live (ERP, billing, and automation)
  • Drive adoption of automation and AI within finance operations to improve efficiency and control
  • Engage with Private Equity stakeholders, providing high-quality reporting, insight, and support for investment decisions
  • Support M&A activity including due diligence, integration, and purchase price accounting

To Be Suitable

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience
  • Proven leadership experience within a Private Equity-backed or high-growth environment
  • Strong technical accounting expertise across IFRS / UK GAAP, particularly in SaaS or recurring revenue models
  • Deep understanding of subscription-based financial metrics and reporting dynamics
  • Experience managing multi-entity, multi-country finance operations at scale
  • Track record of delivering best-in-class financial close processes and operational improvements
  • Strong knowledge of internal controls, audit processes, and compliance frameworks
  • Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite highly desirable) and finance transformation programmes
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop large, geographically distributed teams
  • Confident stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging at Board and investor level
