Interim Digital Programme Manager

Starfish Search is supporting a London Borough to appoint an Interim Digital Programme Manager to lead the delivery of key digital transformation activity across a range of service areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of digital programmes and system implementations
• Manage multiple projects across different stages of delivery
• Work with stakeholders to define scope, plans and priorities
• Oversee timelines, budgets, risks and delivery outcomes
• Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers
• Support change, adoption and service improvement

About You:

• Experience delivering digital programmes in a local authority or public sector organisation
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience managing multiple workstreams or projects
• Ability to oversee suppliers and delivery partners
• Good understanding of governance and delivery frameworks
• Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
