Senior Associate – Application Support (Finacle)

About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Associate – Systems (App Support) to join the Systems department at State Bank of India (UK) Ltd.. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for critical banking applications, ensuring seamless operations across Front Office, Treasury, Finance, Branch Operations, and more.

What you’ll do:

• Provide L1/L2 support for Finacle Core, Treasury, Nostro Reconciliation, SWIFT, AMLOCK, and Pelican.
• Manage user access, handle customisation/enhancement projects, and lead UAT for new modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve tickets in the Request Management System (RMS) within TAT.
• Generate reports/MIS using SQL Developer/Oracle (run/create database queries).
• Liaise with offshore teams via the S-Core Application for issue resolution.
• Support internal/external audits and general department administration.
• Assist the infrastructure management team and provide branch support for application/report issues.

What you bring (Competencies):

• Strong experience with Oracle/RDBMS/SQL (create and execute complex queries).
• Thorough working knowledge of the Finacle suite (especially Finacle Core).
• Experience with SWIFT, AMLOCK, and Pelican is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to handle user training, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Understanding of banking operations (Back Office, Treasury, Finance, Branch Ops).
