Job Title: Junior Data Analyst

Location: Didcot, Oxfordshire (Hybrid)

The Opportunity

I’m working with a client in the tech space who are looking to add a Junior Data Analyst to their growing team. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who’s confident working with data and enjoys collaborating across teams to turn numbers into actionable insights.

You’ll support a range of internal stakeholders, helping them understand performance trends, build reports, and shift from reactive to predictive decision-making.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build dashboards and models to highlight trends and performance
• Manage product tracking across multiple platforms
• Work with stakeholders to understand data needs
• Deliver regular campaign reports and ad-hoc insights
• Analyse product usage to surface best practice

What They’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
• Interest in data, analytics, and solving business problems
• Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
• Some knowledge of SQL and web analytics platforms
• Bonus points for any coding experience (Python/Java) or version control exposure

Other Details

• 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday
• Hybrid working from Didcot HQ
