About the Role
As Senior Director of AI Agents , you’ll define and lead the vision, strategy, and execution of the Agent platform a cornerstone of the company’s genAI product strategy.
You will oversee:
- The core Agent experience (to be announced)
- Domain-specific agents (e.g. Customer Experience-focused)
- The agentic platform (skills, tools, extensibility)
- Foundational platform capabilities in Search, Answers, and Reasoning
The role is critical in delivering for customers on two fronts:
- A design-first experience that makes AI agents simple and intuitive to adopt.
- An enterprise-grade platform that ensures extensibility, reliability, and scale.
You’ll lead and grow a team of Product Managers, building the next generation of AI-powered agents that transform how enterprises operate.
What You’ll Do
- Own the Agent strategy and roadmap across core, domain-specific, and customer-driven agents.
- Lead the agentic platform (skills, tools, frameworks) powering extensibility and customization.
- Shape the next-gen Agent UX – conversational, proactive, and embedded across desktop, mobile, SDKs, and enterprise workflows.
- Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver best-in-class search and discovery experiences .
- Ensure clarity, velocity, and quality across the Agent product portfolio.
- Drive a design-first, product-led growth (PLG) culture , while also meeting enterprise-grade demands.
- Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing PM team.
What You’ll Bring
- 12+ years in Product Management, with 5+ years leading PM teams in AI, SaaS, or platform businesses.
- Deep expertise in AI agents, conversational UX, and enterprise search/discovery .
- A track record of driving PLG products that scale to enterprise extensibility.
- Strong experience with platform-based architecture (balancing packaged apps and custom frameworks).
- Operational rigor in roadmap planning, metrics-driven iteration, and scaling execution.
- Experience hiring and coaching PMs to deliver their best work.
