Head of Data

The Head of Data will have full ownership of their data strategy and data platform roadmap, as part of a major Salesforce CRM transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and define their Data Strategy, aligned to business priorities.
• Develop and lead their Data roadmap.
• Lead Data governance and best practice.
• Create the Data playbook for M&A.
• Define how data is stored, structured and integrated to Salesforce and Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Drive long term planning and decisions across data architecture and Salesforce integrations to Data lakes and Data warehouses.
• Oversee Reporting and Visualisation to use the data to tell a story to the business (Tableau)

Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience owning and leading Data strategy across growing organisations.
• Strong background in data governance, data management and data architecture.
• Experience selecting and incorporating various data platforms and tools.
• Experience working within Salesforce-heavy environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills to drive data projects.
