Salesforce Administrator

We are currently partnered with a leading global non-profit organisation who are working incredibly hard to bring life changing assistance to those in need. They are utilising Salesforce Non-Profit Cloud as their primary tool to drive and manage donations, gifting, campaigns and grants.

As the Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimisation of Salesforce Non-profit Cloud. This role will work closely with fundraising, programs, finance, and leadership teams to ensure data integrity, improve processes, and support reporting and analytics across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain Salesforce Non-profit Cloud.
  • Manage users, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings.
  • Monitor system health, data quality, and platform performance.
  • Support donor management, household accounts, and relationship tracking.
  • Manage fundraising processes including donations, recurring gifts, campaigns, and grants.
  • Support program management, case management, or outcome tracking as needed.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Must have experience configuring Salesforce Non-Profit Cloud (Essential).
  • Ability to build new flows and amend existing automation to streamline business processes.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator.
  • Salesforce Certified Non-profit Cloud Consultant.
