CRM Manager (HubSpot)

Steadman Hub has partnered with a leading organisation in the non-profit sector that is looking to appoint a talented HubSpot CRM Manager to join their growing team. The organisation is currently expanding its CRM capabilities and offer a collaborative, remote-first culture.

As the HubSpot CRM Manager, you will take full ownership of the organisation’s HubSpot ecosystem, driving strategic improvements across the business. Working closely with marketing, operations, and technology teams, you’ll ensure HubSpot is fully optimised to deliver seamless journeys, actionable insights, and scalable automation. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HubSpot specialist who wants to contribute to meaningful work in the education sector while building a best-in-class CRM infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic development and day-to-day management of the HubSpot CRM platform.
  • Design and implement automation workflows across Marketing, Sales, and Data Hubs.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and segmentation strategies to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to drive successful adoption across internal teams.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing and optimising HubSpot CRM.
  • Strong knowledge of HubSpot’s Marketing, Sales, and Data Hubs (experience with Service Hub is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical CRM capabilities into clear business value.
  • HubSpot certifications and experience integrating with third-party platforms (e.g., Zapier, Salesforce, or custom APIs).
