Steadman Hub have partnered alongside a growing tech organisation who are on the lookout for a HubSpot CRM Manager. They are a B2B tech business, implementing IT and strategy solutions into clients ranging from manufacturing clients, to hospitality.

They on the lookout for a HubSpot CRM Manager to lead on managing, maintaining, and optimising HubSpot across the business - ensuring HubSpot acts as an engine for business growth. You will work across workflow automation, data accuracy and GDPR compliance, and support the management of integrations across their wider stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage their HubSpot as their core CRM platform, across the full HubSpot suite
• Build and manage workflows, automations, lead scoring models, and nurture journeys
• Manage their contact database, ensuring data accuracy and GDPR compliance
• Work with wider teams to align HubSpot processes with real business processes

Experience & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience across HubSpot (Sales, Marketing, & Service Hubs)
• Experience handling GDPR compliance, and best practise
• Background in building effective workflows and automations and lifecycle journeys
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
