HubSpot CRM Specialist

Steadman Hub are working alongside a tech business who are on the lookout for a HubSpot CRM Specialist. They are a growing organisation who are investing heavily in their tech stack to improve business processes and scalability.

I'm on the lookout for a HubSpot CRM Specialist to mown the full HubSpot CRM process end to end, from user management, to optimising automations. You will be automating workflows, ensuring data integrity and compliance, and supporting the wider teams across sales pipelines, marketing campaigns, and general GTM systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the optimisation of HubSpot across the full HubSpot suite (Sales, Marketing, Service, and Data Hubs)
  • Create workflows, automations, lifecycle stages and pipelines, and journeys
  • Manage confidential data, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Work with wider teams to align HubSpot processes with business processes

Experience & Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (Sales, Marketing, Service, and Data Hubs)
  • Able to integrate native and 3rd party apps, often using middleware
  • Experience building automations and lifecycle journeys
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
